To underline the eco-friendliness of the village, its central part is designed to resemble an oak leaf from an aerial view, where roads and infrastructure are the veins and stalk, and house plots are the leaf blade. Such a system allows for designing a cozy village with panoramic views and organizing convenient entrances to the site, despite the uneven terrain.

Dead-end driveways are intentionally arranged to provide access to the existing ravine, which serves as the primary public space and a distinctive feature of the eco-village.

The main road is a foot-only boulevard, and houses can be accessed from the dead-end driveways by car. This fact offers comfort and privacy for house plots and prevents transit through the village.

Low fences around houses are to include see-through wrought-iron gates, which will help showcase the designs of single-story houses and courtyard landscaping. Such a structure along the roadways creates a warm and friendly atmosphere within the eco-village, taking the best practices from European and American urban planning.
