The comprehensive improvement of the cottage settlement near Novogorsk embraces the development of recreational areas, including a public pond area with a restaurant, a kids' zone and sports facilities, a beach, boulevards and an active recreation area for townhouse residents.

Various hard surfaces and greenery zones are employed for landscaping. Concrete tiles with a decorative coating that imitate the texture of granite were utilised as the main material for pedestrian paths.
The project also provides for a small quantity of wooden flooring for paths and coverings. The landscaping is largely organised in a barcode pattern.
This allows for a constantly changing visual scenario for both pedestrians and motorists. Deciduous trees were mainly planted in lines along boulevards, while a variety of trees.
Including Greenspire Linden, Red Sunset Maple and Crimson King Maple, were planted in the public and playground areas. All species of deciduous trees are planted in groups.
Active recreational areas, sports facilities, playgrounds, the pond area and beach adjoining residential buildings are protected from noise by fir hedges and various shrubs.
The arrangement of greenery on the site allows for the provision of permanent high-quality specialised landscaping care.
