Connection with Park-Hotel
An architectural analysis determined that the new urban structure should be developed in a ringed street system to allow for as many different routes as possible. The design also aims to connect the infrastructure of the park-hotel with the waterfront park zone on the eastern side of the territory.
In this way, the urban development structure enables the ringed boulevards to act as a continuation of the primary roads for existing buildings.

The boulevard splits the town by house-types and simplifies navigation. The design is comprised of 'petal-like' roads that form a stylised interpretation of the Dobrograd logo.
