This design aimed to situate the site to face the park and recreational area, which runs along the south side of the location, as well as connect the park with the courtyard for the apartment blocks.
The structure of the apartment block design restricts street access to the courtyard space and instead has the space open up to the park. The complex features three different apartment blocks divided by boulevards with parking lots.
The diversity of various buildings is achieved by combining different housing types (towers, multi-bay houses, townhouses) which each possess their own individual specificities.
