Development of a concept scheme for the master plan
"Space" is the word most often used by tourists to describe what they see in the valley near Tolbachik volcano. This place is a perfect backdrop for movies about distant planets and lunar landings, and a ready-made testing ground for space vehicles.
Making an extraterrestrial theme park here would just make sense, wouldn't it?
But all of this strange and bizarre scenery is here on Earth, our home planet. Lava flows and ash fields suggest how many more amazing places there are right under our feet, rather than on distant planets.
However, both Kamchatka and Tolbachik require a lot of effort to visit. Moreover, establishing a permanent base camp in such a remote location is akin to colonizing an alien world or sending a letter to other galaxies: it is hard to know where to begin and how to connect the dots, as well as what will be the aesthetic and symbolic foundation of the camp.
