A townhouse block concept
In the plan, each townhouse is configured as a building with two sections. Depending on the master plan, sections either form a straight building or radial structures that replicate the bend in the road.
This decision was driven by a desire to highlight the architectural design and meet the target specifications.
The building has 3 floors, each with an accessible terrace. Since the site is located at the highest point in Dobrograd, the roof space on the 2nd floor was utilized. All terraces face south and offer panoramic views of the forest and the river.
