Main design objectives. The buildings in the plan are configured in a chessboard pattern, consisting of staggered rectangular blocks. This decision was prompted by a desire to provide the building with zoned, non-linear courtyard space of maximum depth. At the same time, it was still necessary to provide the building with a small number of parking spaces.
Shape formation scheme
Due to the slope of the terrain, to emphasise the style of the building and meet the required technical and economic parameters, the height of the blocks was made uneven. Three-storey blocks have a flat roof, while four-storey blocks have a pitched mansard roof with cut-outs for terraces.
The building consists of 4 residential sections. Entrance groups share the ground floor to connect the public spaces of all sections for residents.

The ground floor public spaces that face the courtyard are available for building residents and accommodate a laundry, prams, gym, common living rooms, cinemas and multipurpose halls. The public spaces on the street side accommodate coffee shops, stores, co-working space and other rental areas.
