The projected object: The multifunctional veterinary center "Zarechye" is a non-residential public one-story building with an underground floor under part of the building, a technical underground for laying engineering communications with a height of not more than 1.8 m and a technical superstructure on the roof to accommodate engineering equipment at a height of +4,915. Various functional facilities are located at the 1st floor of the building at a height of 0.000 areas: reception area; medical area (general hospital and operating rooms); laboratory facilities; quarantine area; administrative area and educational center; technical facilities and a surface covered pedestrian crossing. The technical room of the ventilation chamber is located at the level of the technical superstructure. Storerooms and an archive are located at the level of the underground floor of the building. The main purpose of the projected building is veterinary services with the functions of receiving and hospitalizing emergency patients and inpatient treatment of animals, including in serious condition.
