The residential complex consists of a 9-storey multi-sectional building located on the embankment and a tower in the southern part of the site from Bernikova Lane. Both buildings are designed on a single stylobate. The building on the embankment has a strict division of architectural elements and is decorated in light stone, which organically fits it into the ensemble of the embankment. The complex on the embankment has a variable number of floors, which makes it possible not to interfere with the insolation of surrounding residential buildings.
The fences of the French balconies are supposed to be made of metal structures with a unique design, which makes a reference to the fences of the embankments of Moscow.
